1 lb ground beef
4-6 potatoes
6-8 carrots
1 lg onion
1 can Campbell Cheddar Cheese soup

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes. Clean carrots and onion. Put cheese soup in small pan and rinse out can with milk. Warm the soup on low, just to soften soup.
Cut potatoes and carrots. Put raw ground beef, potatoes, carrots and onion in a casserole dish. Tear apart the ground beef into pieces. Then pour the warm soup over the top of the ingredients in the casserole dish. Then add some milk -- about 1/4 to 1/2 c.
Cook in oven for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender, at 350-degrees.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to cut the potatoes like french fries and carrots in strips.
