1 egg, 1/4 c.milk, 1 c. bread crumbs (Vigo Italian)
1/4 c.parmesan grated cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt,
1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1/2 tsp. baking power'
1/2 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat eggs well with fork, add milk . in another bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, black pepper and baking powder. Mix egg mixture and dry ingredients together. Heat oil in frying pan (medium heat) when hot place a heaping tablespoon full of the mixture into pan. Brown on each side.
