3 10-oz pkg shredded frozen hash browns, thawed
1 medium onion
1 stick butter
1 can chicken soup
1 large carton of sour cream
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
Ham cubes, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hash browns in butter and onion. Add soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, salt, pepper and ham. Dot with butter and bake at 350-degrees for 45 minutes.
