Ingredients:  
1 can 13 oz can chicken breast(in water) or chopped left-over chicken
3/4 cup kraft mayo light
1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt
6 baby carrots diced, 1 stalk celery finely diced
3 T finely diced red onion, tabasco to taste
2 T finely chopped jalapeņo
1 small handful of sliced grapes
Handful of chopped nuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1.Drain chicken breast, place in a medium mixing bowl and flake.
2.Add mayo and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
3.Add carrots, celery, red onion, Tabasco, jalapeņo, grapes and nuts.
4. Mix well. Serve as salad over lettuce or as an appetizer with crackers.
