Ingredients: Mama Mary's 7 in. Pizza Crust (3 to a package)
Extra virgin olive oil
Shredded mozzarella cheese (smoked is tasty)
Sliced pepperoni
Crumbled Italian or turkey Italian sausage
Finely chopped onion
Minced garlic
Chopped flat Italian parsley or cilantro
Roasted red bell pepper (available in a jar)
Chopped basil
Ragu ( I prefer 7 herbs tomato sauce)

Directions:Lay all the ingredients out and let each person create. If you have a preference for some ingredient not listed above add it to the group. Proscuitto, fontina cheese, spinach, are just a few of the possibilities. Just follow the directions on the crust package with the added ingredients. |

Notes: When our ten grandchildren gather for family events; birthdays, recitals, or just fun; this works well and gives taste control over to the creator. The kids love it and I relish in some of their concoctions. It's cooking with an arts and crafts ambience.
We joke that we "have grandchildren, will travel". We will baby-sit when parents are out of town and we prompt them that when the parents ask, "How did things go?" the required response must be A++.
Invariably, they ask for the pizza they can make as one or more of their meals while we are with them.
