1 large box cook-and-serve
1 large can pineapple tidbits
vanilla pudding
2 cups grapes, halved
1 large box jello, any flavor
1 pound strawberries, sliced
1 16-ounce container cool whip
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cans mandarin oranges
Optional: bananas, berries, nuts, coconut, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pudding according to package directions, except use water instead of milk. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until a solid, gelatinous mass forms, approximately 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator and beat the mixture with a hand mixture until smooth. Add cool whip and beat until combined. Stir in fruit (drained) and marshmallows and serve. Makes about 20 cups.

This is the ONLY jello salad I make. It makes a ton. Use small boxes of pudding and jello to cut recipe in half.
