1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 ¾ c. Irish whiskey
4 eggs or egg substitute
1 c. cream
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 tsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix until smooth. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to one month. You may substitute other types of whiskey, but the flavor will be different. Since this recipe is not cooked, use fresh, high quality eggs. You may also use egg substitutes, but again, the flavor will be different.
