Pineapple ring
Orange sections
Grapefruit sections
Apple sections
Strips of bell pepper
Strips of pimento

Directions:
Directions:
On a bed of lettuce, lay pineapple ring, split in half and divided slightly (to make a larger space).
Fill in with alternating orange, grapefruit and apple sections.
Garnish with strips of pimento and pepper and top with a dark cherry.
For a dressing you may use either whipped cream with pineapple juice added or honey thinned with lemon juice.
