Broccoli Salad Recipe

2 heads of broccoli
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped red onion
12 slices cooked bacon - crumbled

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
6 tbsp sugar

Cut broccoli into flowerette type pieces. Combine broccoli, onion, raisins, cheese, sunflower seeds and bacon in large bowl.

Combine mayo, vinegar and sugar in separate bowl. Mix completely.

Pour dressing mixture over salad mixing well. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 1 -2 hours before serving, mixing periodically.
