Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. rosemary
1/4 t.pepper
2 T. flour
2 c. orange juice
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken in melted a shallow baking dish.
Combine onions & spices, sprinkle over chicken.
Blend flour & juice together till smooth.
Pour over chicken.
Bake @ 350º in an uncovered dish for 50 min. or until tender.
Baste occasionally.
Stir in pan juices & serve over rice.
