1 lb ground beef
4 slice bacon - chopped
1/2 C onion - chopped
8 oz Velvetta - cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cook ground beef, bacon, and onion in large skillet on medium heat until ground beef is browned. Drain and add velvetta cook until completely melted, stirring occasionaly. Remove from heat; set aside. Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 15x8 inch pan. Top evenly with meat mixture. Roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut diagonally into 6 slices serve warm. Serve with salsa if desired.
