2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
2 envelopes of Ranch dressing
2 envelopes of Taco Seasoning
2 (11 oz) cn. shoe peg corn
2 c. water
1 (16 oz) cn. black beans (undrained)
1 (16 oz) cn. pinto beans (undrained)
1 (16 oz) cn. kidney beans (undrained)
1 (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 (10 oz) cn tomatoes & chilies

Brown beef with onions - drain. Add other ingredients & boil. Simmer 1 hr. Top with grated cheese and sour cream.
