Dressing:
1/4 onion
3 T. cider vinegar
1 t. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. spicy brown mustard
1 c. Mazola oil

Salad:
Romaine Lettuce
Bleu Cheese
Hearts of Palm, drained and cut into pieces
Artichoke Hearts, drained
Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
To make the dressing: In a blender, mix onion and vinegar. Add sugar, salt and mustard and blend. Slowly add oil and blend till smooth.

Combine lettuce, cheese, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts and bacon. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.
