3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Combo Wild Rice Mix (cooked)
1 cn. Cream of Chicken soup
1 med onion, chopped
1 jar pimentos, sliced (4 oz)
1 cn. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. French style green beans, drained
1 cn. sliced mushrooms (4 oz)
1 c. Mozarella cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except mozarella. Put into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Maybe frozen at this point. Before baking place cheese on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º or until bubbly. Can be divided into 2 smaller dishes.
