1 Venison Back Strap
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. Fish fry
3 c. Vegetable cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the Back Strap by slicing into thin slices. Season it with salt and pepper. Soak back strap in the egg wash. Put the Vegetable oil into a large frying pan. Coat the back strap in the fish fry. When the vegetable oil is hot, drop back strap into the vegetable and fry it for 2 minutes on each side. Let it drain on paper towels.
