2 3/4 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. soda
1/4 t. salt
2 t. cream of tartar
2 eggs
2 sticks butter (minus 2 T.), softened
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar & eggs. Add flour, salt, soda & cream of tartar. Mix well. Add vanilla and mix.
Drop by tsp fulls onto greased cookie shee. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes.
