Ingredients:	Ingredients: 9 x 12 aluminum pan 1/3 to 1/2 full of water (get hot on top of stove) Salt & Pepper to taste 4 boiled eggs, sliced Biscuit dough cut into strips Diced ham 1/2 can peas drained

Directions:	Directions: Layer 2 eggs then layer ham and peas. Layer of dough. Repeat. Make sure top dough is moist. Can butter the top to help brown. Bake at 350º until brown.
