1 1/2 lb crawfish tails chopped
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped yellow onions
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lg. egg
1 1/2 tsp. liq. seafood boil
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Creole seasoning
9" Pillsbury Unroll Pie Dough

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Saute yellow onions, bell peppers, and creole seasoning for 3 minutes. Add crawfish tails and liquid seafood boil. Cook for 3 minutes. Add green onions, garlic, parsley, and cook for 1 minute. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and let cool for 3 or 4 minutes. Add egg & bread crumbs & mix well.

In a pie dish, lay out one pie dough on bottom and around pie dish. Put in crawfish mixture and lay the other pie dough on top of mixture. Crimping top shell, cut small slits on top of pie shell. Bake in preheated 400 degrees for 30 min.
