1/2 cup corn oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
2# flank steak

In pyrex baking dish combine corn oil, vinegar, soy sauce, onion, garlic and ginger
Add steak, cover
Refrigerate several hours or overnite, turning occasionally
Remove steak from marinade
Grill or broil 6-8" from heat, turning once (8 min for medium)

Slice thin diagonally across grain
