5# flat cut beef brisket
2 medium onions, sliced thin
2 pkgs dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions on large piece of heavy duty foil
Add beef, then sprinkle soup mix on beef
Seal up foil well

Bake @ 300º for 5 hours

Remove and let stand unopened 1 more hour

Mix juice from meat with pkg au jus
