Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 oz. butter
1/2 c. all purpose flour
16 oz. white cheddar, shredded
4 c. warm milk
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
4 tbsp. Frank's Hot sauce
6 oz. spicy sausage, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size sauce pan over low heat, melt the butter. When it is fully melted, whisk in the flour until fully incorporated and there are no lumps.

Slowly whisk in the milk until fully mixed. When the mixture is smooth, stir in the cheese a little at a time until all the cheese is melted. Stir constantly, so that you don't burn the bottom
with the cheese. Then add the cayenne, chili powder, and hot sauce and stir. In a saute pan over medium heat, render off any fat or grease from the sausage, strain, and then add it to the cheese mixture. Keep in crock pot on low heat. Salt and
pepper to taste. Serve with corn chips.
