3/4 c. parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped parsley
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 t. thyme
1/2 c. chopped ham. opt.

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine 3 T. parmesan cheese and parsley, reserve. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Add thyme, ham, and remaining parmesan cheese. continue beating until blended. Chill at least 3 hrs. Shape mixture into ball, roll in reserved cheese and parsley mix. Serve with assorted crackers and vegetable slices.
