3/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 t. finely chopped garlic
3 dashes hot pepper sauce

Directions:
In bowl, combine parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Turn into 1 qt. casserole. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven 30 min. or until heated through. Serve with assorted crackers.
