1/4 cup dried mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (or Splenda as a substitute)
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 eggs with 1/2 cup sugar (or Splenda). Mix well. Separately, combine equal parts dried mustard (about 1/4 cup) with vinegar. Add the mustard mixture to the egg mixture and combine well. Put in microwave on high for 20 sec. intervals, stirring each time, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon. Cool in refrigerator. Add mayonnaise or Miracle Whip to taste (about the same amount as the mustard mixture).
