1/2 C flour
4 skinless boneless chicken breast
3 eggs
1/3 C parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour, coat well. Shake of excess. Beat eggs with dry ingredients until foamy. Heat oil and butter in large skillet on medium to high heat. Dip chicken in egg mixture and put in skillet. Cook until brown on each side about 3 to 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken.
