3/4 C water
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
pinch of salt
food coloring
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a boil on medium heat in saucepan until sugar dissolves - mixture should look clear. Add 2 unbeaten egg whites to mixer turn on mixer and pour sugar mixture over eggs until stiff peaks form. About 5-7 minutes. Beat in 1 tsp of vanilla and food coloring.
