1 can Tuna Fish
1 med potatoe (boiled & mashed)
1 or 2 eggs
2 tbsp onion (chopped fine)
2 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 dill pickle (chopped)
3-4 tbsp mayoannaise
Salt & Pepper

Mash egg yolks, add onion, parsley, pickles, mayo,salt, pepper and chopped egg whites. Then add tuna fish and mashed potatoes. Mix well.

Momma added the mashed potatoes to make a can of tuna fish go furthure to feed her large family. We would have tuna sandwiches or she would stuff the tuna in tomatoes.
