1 lb crabmeat
6 slices bread
1/4 block of Oleo or 1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup green onions
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 bell pepper
1 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with cream. Soak bread in mixture. Fry onions, celery and bell pepper until they are wilted. Add crabmeat, westerners sauce, salt & pepper. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes stirring constantly. Add green onions, parsley and bread that had been soaking in milk and eggs. Mix well then stuff in crab shells. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.
