Ingredients:  
Use very small beets that the skins have been slipped off. Use a large pan full, then add all the rest ingredients .
2 c Sugar
2 c Water
2 c Vinegar
1 tsp Cloves I use powdered and whole
1 tsp Allspice
1 tbl Cinnamon
Boil all for 10 minutes.

Put into hot jars and seal with hot lids. Usually you don't have to hot water bath Pickled Beets because of the vinegar.
