Hand chop the following:
25 Roma Tomatoes
5 Green Peppers
2 Red Peppers
2 Gold Peppers ( 1 yellow 1 orange)
1 bunch Cilantro
3 Yellow Onions
2 Red Onions
1 Publano Chili
In Food Processor blend the following till finely chopped:
5 Jalepenos Peppers
3 Sierannos Peppers
5 Anahime Peppers
4 Cloves Garlic
Mix both Hand and Food Processor chopped ingredients and add the following:
2 Tbl Black Pepper
2 Tbl Sea Salt
3 Tbl Fresh Lime Juice

This is delicious!! Lots of ingredients but well worth it. You could Can this Salsa in a hot water bath for 25 min. OR EAT NOW !!
