2 c water
1 c rice
1/4 c butter
Put in covered oven safe bowl, in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees

1 cube of butter(1/2 c.)
1 slices bacon cut up small pieces
1/4 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
1 bunch of green onions sliced
salt & pepper
garlic & celery salt
Fry bacon till crisp, add remaining seasonings and vegetables. Stir in rice.
