1 doz boiled eggs
1 medium dill pickle
1/4 cup jalapeņo peppers
1/4 cup of yellow mustard
1/4 cup of mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash yolks with fork. In a small food processor, chop pickle and jalapeņo peppers very fine. You may add a small piece of onion if you want to for extra flavor. Mix mashed yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, jalopies, pickle, salt and pepper. Spoon stuffing into egg white. Add slice of jalapeņo on top for garnish. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
