Directions:
Mix well. I use my Kitchen Aid or Bausch Mixer with dough hook. Let rise until doubled in bulk (about 1 hour).
punch down. Let rise again until doubled in bulk (about 30 to 45 minutes). Punch down and roll out.
CINNAMON ROLLS:
Divide in two. Roll in rectangle. Spread with butter, sprinkle generously with brown sugar (I like raw sugar), cinnamon, raisins or chopped nuts. Roll out and slice about 1 1/2 inch rolls. Place on greased or sprayed cookie sheet. Let rise about another 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until very light brown. Will dry out if cooked too long.
ORANGE ROLLS:
Follow same procedure but use orange filling:
1/2 c. butter, softened,
3/4 c. sugar not melted
Grated rind of 1 orange
I double this recipe and I'm generous. If I have any left, I spread
it on top of the rolled up rolls
Optional - you can glaze with:
1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
STICKY BUNS:
Melt 1/2 c. butter
