6 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
4 t. baking powder
2 T. anise (or Vanilla, if prefered)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually, beating until smooth. Add
cooled melted butter and anise. Sift flour and baking powder, and
add to egg mixture. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped
by spoon or to be rolled and twisted into a pretzel shape.
