Filling:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice (may use Real Lemon)
2 egg yolks
Ready Made Graham Cracker or Vanilla Wafer Pie Crust



Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Mix filling with mixer until thick. Pour into pie shell. Whip meringue ingredients until peaks form. Cover pie filling with meringue and cook at 325º for 18 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate several hours or overnight.
