1 can of 12 1/2 oz tuna
1 can 6 1/2 oz. tuna
2 pkg. of 8 0z. chream cheese
1 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup chopped olives
1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Spray a tree mold pan with Pam. Chill. Turn mixture out onto a large serving tray. Decorate the tuna tree as follows: Lemon slice for a star, pimentos and peppers for balls, and parsley for garland. Place cracker around the "tree."
