1 1/2 c (6 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c (6 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 3 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 c Pace Picante Sauce
1 medium green pepper, choppped
1/2 c sliced green onions
1 t ground cumin
8 flour tortillas (7-8 inch)
Shredded lettuce, optional
Chopped tomato, optional

Directions:
In large bowl com ing 1 c of Monterey Jack and 1 c of Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, 1/3 c picante sauce and other ingredients except tortillas. Place 1/4 to 1/3 c of cheese mixture in each tortilla, roll, place in baking dish (8" x 11"). Continue until all ingredients are used. Cover with 2/3 c picante sauce and remaining cheese. Bake in microwave or regular oven (350 º for 20 minutes). Serve hot- top with lettuce and tomato--perhaps sour cream or guacamole or additional picante sauce.
