1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp seasoning salt
1 Tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2-1 tsp cayenne (to taste)
1 rack baby back ribs
1/2 cup favorite bbq sauce, or more to taste
1/8 cup honey


Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix sugar and spices. Season ribs with a little salt, then rub sugar mixture on ribs, coating the entire rib and place in a bag. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, up to overnight.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Wrap ribs in heavy duty foil and cook for 4-5 hours. Open foil and brush on bbq sauce mixed with honey and cook for 15-30 min. longer, or remove foil and grill. Let rest, then cut and serve.
