2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. honey
Juice of 1 - 2 fresh limes
1/2 tsp. ground ginger, or chopped fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the honey into the soy sauce and lime juice. Add the remaining dry ingredients. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillet. Let sit and marinate for several hours, or cook immediately. This recipe works best when the salmon is grilled!

This is a perfect, easy marinade for salmon. The sweet, salty, and intense ginger flavor work so well together.
