"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Cube, season, and cook chicken. Mix chicken and cream cheese together. Unroll crescents and separate. Take 1 triangle of dough at a time and scoop some chicken mix into the middle of it. Fold the dough up around it so it forms a completely covered ball. Take the ball and roll it into some melted butter, and then the bread crumbs. Repeat for all the sections of dough. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Make a sauce out of the cream of chicken soup mix and 1/2 a can of milk. Stir well and heat throughly.

Serve each puff ball with some sauce over a bed of rice.
