1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. salt
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic
10 oz. grated sharp cheese
12 oz. bag of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pepper, onion, and garlic until tender. Add ground chuck, cook until done. Remove from heat and let stand. Cook noodles and drain. Add tomatoes, drained corn, drained mushrooms, drained noodles, salt, and 3/4 cup cheese to meat mixture. Blend well, place in a greased 3 quart casserole dish and let stand in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.

Cook at 350º for 40 minutes, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 10 more minutes at 400 degrees.
