Ingredients:
Cooked white rice-use regular rice not instant,
short grain is best
Diced cooked bacon
diced celery
diced green onion
soy sauce
egg
peas

Directions:
Directions:
For four servings I use about 2-3 cups cooked rice, 3-4 slices of bacon, 1/3 c of both celery and green onion, 1/2 c - 3/4 c soy sauce diluted with 2 T water, 1 egg

Fry the cooked rice in bacon drippings. Mix the vegetables with the soy sauce, beaten egg and a little water to dilute the soy sauce. Add this mixture to the rice and cook until liquid is gone.

Serve as soon as possible, however it doesn't hurt to sit. Also very good heated up for breakfast with fried eggs!
