1 boiled chicken for broth
1 bunch of fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 stick of butter
1 pound mild, Mexican Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken (cover chicken with water), remove chicken. (Use chicken for Chicken Salad) Boil fresh broccoli in broth. Add soups and bring back to boil. Saute onions and peppers in butter. Add to soup mixture. Remove from heat and add cheese. Add more broth if too thick. Serve warm.
