2 Large Boneless chicken breast.
4 c. Buttermilk
4 T. Seasoning salt
2 t. Black pepper
4 c. Flour
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts into small strips. Place in large glass bowl, pour buttermilk over chicken and place in refrigerator overnight. Drain chicken and dredge in mixture of flour, seasoning salt and black pepper. Heat oil in large skillet about 1/2 in. deep. Bring to 350º. Carefully place chicken in oil and fry until golden brown. Remove from oil and place on paper towel.
