1 16 oz. pkg. Kluski egg noodles
1 12 oz. pkg. Spinach noodles
1 bunch of green onion chopped
2 15 1/2 oz. cans seedless black olives sliced
2 1/2 c. parmesan cheese grated
1 1/2 lbs. Genoa salami cut in 1/4 inch slices
1 recipe Vinigerette dressing

Dressing:
3/4 c. red wine vinegar
3 t. salt
1/2 t. fresh ground pepper
4 t. dijon mustard
1 1/2 t. basil
1 1/2 t. terragon
1 1/2 t. thyme
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 1/2 c. oil (1/2 olive, 1/2 corn)
Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked noodles in large bowl with other ingredients and toss with dressing.

Dressing:
Wisk vinegar and salt together until salt is dissolved. Do not add oil until salt is completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients except oil. Wisk oil in a little at a time. Dressing can be made ahead of time. Salad can be made 3 - 4 days ahead of time.
