11/2 c flour
3/4 c milk
3/4 c water
3 eggs
3/4 tsp salt
21/2 tbsp butter
11/2 oz sharp cheddar, grated

Directions:
Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth and foamy, stopping occasionally scrape down sides of container, about 1 minute. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 400º. Heat butter in 14 x 11 inch roasting pan over high heat until butter browns. Whisk batter to blend. Pour into pan. Immediately sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375º. Bake until top is golden brown and edges are slightly puffed, about 25 more minutes. Cut into squares and serve
