1 lb. grated Monterey jack cheese
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup jalapeños chopped fine
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cheddar, jack and jalapeños together. Spread into a 9x13 ungreased baking dish. Beat the eggs, and the evaporated milk, add flour and mix well. Pour over the cheese mixture. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Let stand till firm, cut into squares. Serve warm.
