1 Ib white or crimini mushrooms
1 teas chopped garlic
2 teas minced fresh tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 oz creme cheese
Sheets of phyllo dough

Directions:
Directions:
Chop mushrooms and saute with garlic and tarragon, salt and pepper. Add enough cream cheese to make mixture bind able. Once mixed together, let cool. Lay 1 sheet of phyllo on work surface, spray with butter flavored Pam, repeat with one more sheet on top. Cut sheets into 5 strips. Place 1 teas of mix at the top of each strip. Roll up in a triangle. Bake at 400°F until lightly browned. .
