5 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp clarified butter
* salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs + 1 quart milk ( whisked together)
3 cups all purpose four
2 cups honey bunches of oats cereal (food processed)
2 cups Ritz crackers
16 chicken tenders (tendon removed)

1. Get 3 bowls ready (1) flour,salt and pepper (2)egg and milk (3)cereal and Ritz crackers

2. Heat oil and butter in fry pan on med/high

3. Place each piece of chicken in flour then egg/milk batter then cereal and cracker mix

4. Fry 4-6 chicken tenders at a time until golden brown. Drain on paper towel, re- season

5. Use dipping of your choice.
