8 c. diced peeled potatoes
1/3 c. chopped onion
3 (14.5oz) can chicken broth
1(10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a slow cooker combine potatoes, onion, broth, soup, and pepper. Cover an cook on low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese; stir until blended. Garnish with bacon and chives.
